Purluxe Nail Lounge is a nontoxic nail salon focused on natural nail care and overall client experience. Our priority is creating a healthy, relaxing space free from harsh chemicals and drills, ensuring a gentle and safe experience for every client. Our mission starts with building a strong team—hiring providers who are passionate about nail health and training them thoroughly to ensure consistent, high-quality service. PLEASE NOTE: For the safety of all clients, we are unable to provide services if you have nail fungus or skin conditions such as burns, open wounds, or infections. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Purluxe Nail Lounge, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please review our cancellation policy: • Cancellations within 24 hours: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 20% service fee. • No-shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late arrivals: If you are more than [15] minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a 20% fee may apply.
